The Oversight Authority also controls gaming devices and technology, such as geolocation requirements for online sites. While NH allows players to gamble on the state lottery site and sports betting sites as young as 18 years old, players must be located within state boundaries to do so. However, players must be 21 years old to gamble at in-person non-profit casino locations, poker games, and simulcast racing locations.
