I went to withdraw the $30 I earned and had to complete the KYC verification. No problem, I understand it’s the law. Well I couldn’t change my preferred name automatically filled in by my Apple account to match the name on my driver’s license, so that’s one reason why I was instructed to contact customer support. The name on my account didn’t match the name on my documents and there was nothing I could do about it. Well fast forward to when I was instructed to contact support. The agent was very helpful with telling me what I need to do, but then they IMMEDIATELY CLOSED THE TICKET BEFORE I COULD RESPOND TO THEIR QUESTION.
