First, nothing in the way of restaurant eating was open on the Monday 12/18 or Tuesday 12/19 except Hell’s Kitchen and my wife and I were not interested. The floor of the room was dirty and the rug was too. Second, the little plate on the shower came off when I dialed up the hot water. The bathroom is beautiful. Housekeeping was lovely, so was front desk staff. The exclusives store was not open. Our room overlooked hotel roofs and the harbor, but not the ocean. Smoking area casino was dismal and machines were not hitting. Unhappy stay, but next time better planning on my part is in order. So I’ll leave it at that. The city has a lack of seating as you are walking and street signs are confusing. They did let us change our reservation though to cut off a day, 12/20, without penalty.

We stayed at the centurion tower and the rooms are very spacious and the bathroom too. I love the fact that the floor is hardwood and no carpet. Very clean, the staff and cleaning team are wonderful and helpful. I will highly recommend this place to stay. The only thing is that the fitness center has weird hours and is closed most of the time.

Food & drinks: As every casino food and drinks are overpriced. Not healthy selection of food or variety in diet preferences. I had a hard time feeding myself appropriately. Too much fry fast food.

I made the mistake of saving a few bucks and stayed at Bally’s. Rest of my friends stayed here and it is worth it. Rooms were perfect, quiet, and secure. No one can wonder from the casino floor to the towers. Casino floor is a great environment and the dealers are good, if you are new to a table game tell them and they will help you a bit. They had a live band in the Western section which was a great time. Such a good environment you will never have to leave the building. Make sure you become a rewards member.

What a beautiful casino and hotel. The two floors of gambling give you many options. The KWI noodle house is delicious and open for lunch. Avoid MORTONS STEAK HOUSE, they can’t cook a decent steak or rack of lamb and are way over priced. RAMSEY pub is top quality and great food.

Rooms: Rooms are modern and high tech. Housekeeping knows their business, as everything is clean and shiney. Beds are comfortable as well.

As casinos go, it’s by far the most up-to-date, slots, rooms and comps.
Every business is short-handed, but you don’t feel Neglected, staff from checking in , to dinner and yes even hand payouts make your stay go smoothly.
If I had to say something negative, it would be parking, once parked, plan on having a good time and play smart😎

The casino and rooms are very nice. However, I’ve been a Diamond cardholder for many, many years. There was a time that Ceasars was the place to go but not anymore. Hardly any eating establishments and what are there aren’t open everyday. I’m frankly tired of eating at Gordon Ramseys which is the only place open everyday. The Laurel Lounge has become pathetic. Once upon a time the Diamond Club, now known as the Laurel Lounge served a buffet for their Diamind cardholders. Now they serve pretzels, chips and peanuts and only on the weekends. Ridiculous. The slots have got to be the tightest in AC. We finally gave up and went to the Hard Rock casino and unlike Ceasars, at Hard Rock they value their Rock Royalty cardholders with so many offers for food, slot play, gifts and acces to a Lounge with a wonderful buffet. The slots at Hard Rock are fair and there are so many options for food. Because I’ve been a cardholder at Ceasars for well over 25 years I try to book there in between my stays at Hard Rock, but after this last stay I can honestly say I will no longer stay there unless something changes. I would recommend Hard Rock or Ballys. So sad to see how Ceasars has deteriorated.

Great experience, rooms were extremely nice, and the bed was comfortable, the casino and restaurants were excellent, we were from out of town visiting, extremely impressed

Best Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City! They’re Blackjack Tables are also super fun!

Let me tell you about my experience with Caesars Atlantic City. I had a few days of vacation to kill and I had never been to New Jersey. Based on my play at another Caesars casino they cross market offered me $125 in freeplay, $125 in reward credits, and a free room for a few nights. I was able to get a cheap flight and a reasonable rental car so I went ahead and booked the trip. When I showed up the first night I cashed in my offers and I was pretty tired from traveling all day so I had a few drinks and went to bed after gambling a little. The next day I woke up and I found the PIN number on my card was locked so I could no longer activate my tier credit multiplier or order drinks at slot machines. When I went to their rewards desk to reset my PIN they told me they were not allowed to because I didn’t play a lot and management needed to review my account. Well I went ahead and gambled like I normally do and over the trip I put over $5,000 coin in through their machines. When I went back to the rewards desk I was told that management has still not reviewed my account and they were unable to unlock my pin. This casino is definitely playing games with the offers they’re sending out. I would pick somewhere else to go on vacation. In addition to their customer service being horrible the casino had very old machines and very few new and exciting games. When I went to my local casino after I got back home they were able to help me with my PIN number without any trouble at all. Management here is a joke… They hate their customers and they don’t want you to there. If I was going to book a trip to Atlantic City again I would stay at the Hard Rock or Borgata. They’re much more lively casinos with better dining options… And I didn’t have any trouble with their rewards program. Caesars has to be the lowest tier casino in the country trying to ride on the name they had in Vegas 20 years ago. They’re not what they used to be.
