Okay Hard Rock! The Hard Rock was good to us. It was one of the cleaner casinos. From the time we got on the property, the customer service was commendable, even the guys outside maintaining the grounds. They were knowledgeable of the area and helpful with directing us where to catch the shuttle/bus. The dealers and floor staff were also great! Nice variety of slots and table games. The free play was an added bonus.

Check-in was easy. Had a great room at the North Tower. Meal was excellent at Legends and the casino has many playful machines. Next day, had a delicious breakfast or lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe. Played a little more after we ate and won some money back. Hooray

We have stayed at Hard Rock three times and it is one of the best casinos and hotel in the area, the hotel rooms are very clean, roomy and quiet, the bathrooms are well designed, stocked and clean. The ambience in the casino area is pleasant, airy and well lit. My favorite part is the Bar Lounge with live music.

Probably the worst casino on the strip, it used to be one of the best. Drinks never come, roulette machine doesn’t work most of the time, staff is clueless
Update: Not only is Staff Clueless, the staff is rude, If you’d like to know what good customer Service is like stay at Ocean Resort, or Tropicana.
Avoid getting a Room até this monstrosity at all cost, visit once to see all the music Relics inside but don’t gamble, don’t deal with the staff, you will leave the building angry, which is sad because most people walk in very happy.

This is by far my favorite casino nation wide. The rooms are super clean 5/5, service is outstanding 5/5, restaurant options are the best 5/5, they have plenty of slots and great comps. Beach bar is also amazing. The live band near the casino floor is espectacular. I can’t wait to come back!!
